Der Schutz Ihrer persönlichen Daten ist uns ein wichtiges Anliegen. Nachfolgend informieren wir Sie über die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten im Rahmen der Nutzung der IPM-Software.

2. Erhebung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten

a) Registrierungsdaten

Zur Synchronisation Ihrer Kontrolldaten erheben wir Ihre E-Mail-Adresse, ein verschlüsseltes Passwort sowie einen optionalen Anzeigenamen. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).

b) Protokoll- und Monitoringdaten

Wir verarbeiten die von Ihnen erfassten Kontrollpunkte (z. B. Name, Position, Art der Falle, Befallsgrad, Wirkstoffeinsatz und Notizen) in unserer Cloud-Datenbank (Firestore), um Ihnen Auswertungen und PDF-Protokolle bereitzustellen. Rechtsgrundlage hierfür ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO (Vertragserfüllung).

c) iCloud Kalender-Integration (iOS EventKit)

Wenn Sie die Kalender-Erstellung in der Anwendung erlauben, greift die Anwendung lokal auf Ihren iCloud-Kalender zu, um Termine für Kontrollzyklen einzutragen. Diese Synchronisation erfolgt lokal auf Ihrem Gerät; es werden keine Kalenderdaten an unsere Server übertragen. Rechtsgrundlage ist Ihre Einwilligung gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO.

3. Datenweitergabe an Dritte & Auftragsverarbeitung

Ihre Daten werden ausschließlich in verschlüsselten Cloud-Datenbanken von Google Firebase (in Rechenzentren innerhalb der Europäischen Union) gehostet. Hierfür haben wir einen Auftragsverarbeitungsvertrag (AVV) gemäß Art. 28 DSGVO abgeschlossen. Es erfolgt keine Weitergabe an sonstige Dritte.

4. Datenlöschung

Bei Betätigung der Funktion „Konto löschen“ in den Einstellungen werden Ihr Account sowie alle erfassten Kontrolldaten, Protokolle und Kundenkarteien unwiderruflich von den Firebase-Servern gelöscht.

5. Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit (Art. 20 DSGVO) sowie ein Widerspruchsrecht (Art. 21 DSGVO). Zudem haben Sie das Recht, sich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren (Art. 77 DSGVO). Bitte wenden Sie sich bezüglich Ihrer Rechte per E-Mail an uns.

2. Collection and Processing of Personal Data

a) Registration Data

To synchronize your control data, we collect your email address, an encrypted password, and an optional display name. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

b) Logging and Monitoring Data

We process the control points you record (e.g. name, position, trap type, infestation level, use of active ingredients, and notes) in our cloud database (Firestore) to provide you with evaluations and PDF reports. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

c) iCloud Calendar Integration (iOS EventKit)

If you allow calendar creation in the application, the application accesses your iCloud calendar locally to enter appointments for control cycles. This synchronization happens locally on your device; no calendar data is transmitted to our servers. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR.

3. Data Transfer & Data Processing Agreement

Your data is hosted exclusively in encrypted cloud databases by Google Firebase (in data centers within the European Union). We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR for this purpose. No other data transfer to third parties occurs.

4. Data Deletion

When clicking the "Delete Account" function in the settings, your account and all recorded control points, protocols, and customer files are permanently and irrevocably deleted from the Firebase servers.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). Please contact us by email regarding your rights.
